Job Summary
Capture high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, executive interviews, and social media platforms. Lead full production cycles from concept development and storyboarding through filming, editing, revisions, and final delivery. Develop creative concepts, conduct interviews, and perform advanced post-production including color grading, audio mixing, motion graphics, and captioning. Operate professional equipment, support live-streaming events, and manage digital assets while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce engaging multimedia content that supports business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional videography and video production experience
- Proven experience managing full production cycles from concept through final delivery
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or comparable editing software
- Strong expertise in camera operation, lighting techniques, audio recording, and production workflows
- Exceptional storytelling, visual composition, and creative development skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented with a passion for producing polished, high-quality work
- Work in both office and on-location production settings
- Travel to corporate offices, properties, events, and filming locations as needed
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support production schedules and special events
- Exposure to varying environmental conditions during on-site filming assignments

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent combinations of education and professional experience will be considered
- Experience producing executive interviews, marketing videos, event coverage, and digital content is highly preferred
- Experience creating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects preferred
- Familiarity with live-streaming platforms and event production
- Adobe Creative Cloud or related multimedia certifications are a plus
