Job Summary

Coordinate and maintain records of vehicle assignments, deliveries, transfers, turn-ins, and replacement activities while managing vehicle orders, inventory, and pool vehicle availability. Administer vehicle registration, titling, licensing, and compliance activities across multiple states, preparing required documentation including title applications and tax documents. Track fleet-related expenses for maintenance, registration, fuel, and delivery costs, supporting invoice processing, expense approvals, and budget reporting. Analyze fleet data to identify trends and cost savings, preparing reports and dashboards for leadership. Identify process improvements for workflows and partner with IT to enhance tools and reporting. Monitor vehicle maintenance, track recall activity, and coordinate repairs, supporting vehicle disposition and remarketing activities. Respond to employee inquiries and collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and dealerships to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Automotive Management, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience, internships, co-ops, or project experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, automotive, finance, customer service, or related areas
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Excel proficiency, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis, and reporting
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations that improve processes, efficiency, and business outcomes
  • Ability to work onsite 3+ days per week and travel locally up to 15% as business needs require
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Interest in process improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Existing authorization to work in the U.S.
