Job Summary

Support client onboarding and administration policies while processing high-volume data requests from clients, attorneys, and accountants. Coordinate and facilitate documents for assigned trust and agency accounts, acting as the primary CTES voice to clients when managers are absent. Ensure compliance with department policies and audit requirements by keeping management informed of complex issues and administrative progress. Utilize Corporate Trust and Escrow Services systems to maintain accuracy in general and complex account operations.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of corporate and institutional transactional experience in Corporate Trust and Escrow Services or 7 years of general business experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with complex situations that require sound judgment
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
  • Working knowledge of the Trust and Agency software packages and applications
  • Proven experience in account administration and client service
  • Must be transfer agent compliant in this role including fingerprinting and acceptable background check prior to employment
  • English (Required)
