Job Summary
Act as the expert escalation lead for complex OBT (Spotnana) queries, ticketing, amendments, and troubleshooting across Sabre and Amadeus GDS. Lead technical setup, policy configurations, and platform testing for new corporate client launches. Oversee booking accuracy and alignment with travel policies to continuously improve digital workflows. Build trusted relationships with key corporate stakeholders to drive confidence in online self-service adoption. This high-visibility consultant role bridges the gap between corporate clients and their Online Booking Tools. You will own online client relationships and guide corporate travellers through digital servicing while leveraging your existing corporate travel expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Travel Consultant, VIP Booker, or Travel Specialist
- Excellent working knowledge of both Sabre and Amadeus GDS
- exposure to OBT (ideally Spotnana)
- High attention to detail
- strong written/verbal communication
- the confidence to manage client stakeholders independently
- Must be happy to visit your local office (London, Hampshire or Glasgow) once per month as a minimum
