Job Summary
Book car and hotel reservations for Canadian Natural employee business travelers, and assist with booking fly-in/out travelers to and from their work sites. Support the Corporate Travel team with various reports and projects that benefit the company. Maintain attention to detail and strong communication skills while managing inventory audits and reception coverage. This 12-month term includes a summer full-time period from May to August, with part-time hours available January through April and September through December. Students enrolled in Travel and Tourism programs proficient in Sabre are eligible to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled or within one year of graduating from a Travel and Tourism program
- Proficient with the Sabre booking system
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Legal authorization to work in Canada with no restrictions
