Corporate Travel Project Manager

Job Summary
Manage and lead client implementation and hotel sourcing processes for assigned accounts within defined timelines, acting as the main point of contact to provide consultancy and expertise. Develop detailed project plans, facilitate weekly virtual meetings with agendas and follow-up notes, and coordinate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and global partners to ensure projects remain on track. Conduct client launch sessions for training, identify potential risks, and deliver on all project milestones while maintaining collaborative relationships across departments. Successfully manage multiple simultaneous projects, drive operational improvements, and conduct post-project handovers with the Client Solutions Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Two years client-facing project management experience
- Understanding of corporate/business travel management practices
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain an effective follow up system
- Experience building positive relationships with all levels both internally and externally
- Ability to communicate with confidence and create a credible impression to clients, both written and verbal (one-on-one, small groups, and to large audiences)
- Ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations to all levels within an organization and effectively manage group interaction throughout the presentation
- Understanding of travel technology and travel management operations
- Experience with online booking tools and agency mid/back-office systems (strongly preferred)
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Aptitude to identify operating challenges/roadblocks and quickly apply tactical solutions as well as contributing to fundamental/strategic changes
- Ability to drive change and influence in the face of possible resistance
- Effective time-management skills and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish work priorities
- Advanced working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
