Job Summary
Manage customer service levels and operational management for assigned onsite and rent-a-plate client accounts, ensuring SLA adherence and exceptional service delivery. Drive continuous process improvements by identifying efficiency opportunities, maintaining knowledge management, and resolving escalations while partnering with internal teams and client stakeholders. Lead staff through ongoing training, constructive feedback, and performance reviews, while monitoring staffing schedules, troubleshooting system connectivity issues, and managing support tickets across operational and technical teams. Coordinate recurring customer reviews, present operational performance metrics, and maintain process documentation to support consistency across accounts.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years progressive corporate travel experience
- Proven ability to lead and coach successfully
- Prior managerial experience of at least 2 years
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- Ability to communicate with confidence and create a credible impression
- Effective listening skills
- Self-motivation
- Demonstrate initiative with a strong commitment to personal goals, objectives and work ethic
- Ability to comfortably deal with highly complex situations
- Flexibility; ability to work efficiently and effectively with frequent interruptions
- Regular business travel with overnight stays may be required for training events, meetings, and/or visiting clients and Fox World Travel locations
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Regular attendance is necessary
- Extended hours may be necessary from time to time
Desired Qualifications
- Some post-secondary education in Business Administration, Management or related field
- Knowledge of airline contracts, fare filing, airline rewards, debit memo process and related service -impacting operational trends
