Job Summary
Service inbound corporate travel requests in a virtual call center environment while delivering extraordinary customer service to all travel leaders clients. Greet clients with enthusiasm and provide consultative service throughout the booking process to complete all reservations accurately and timely. Secure the lowest air, car, and hotel rates available by utilizing client and Altour negotiated programs and GDS low fare search capabilities. Adhere to applicable guidelines around Federal and State travel requirements, including the Fly America Act, while maintaining goal expectations in productivity, quality, and customer experience. This remote role operates from 8:30 AM to 5 PM ET.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass GDS assessment
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
- 5 years' travel selling experience
- 5+ years' customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
- Exceptional/above & beyond, proactive customer service approach
- Excellent travel industry knowledge
- Mastery in Galileo GDS
