Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of corporate clients by delivering seamless domestic and international travel services, including arranging flights, accommodation, car hire, visas, and insurance. Tailor solutions aligned with each client's travel policy and service level agreements while identifying booking trends to proactively enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Build strong, lasting relationships by representing CT Connections at client and industry events and staying current with product training. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-skilled corporate travel consulting experience
- Expertise in domestic and/or international fares, ticketing, reissues, and itinerary planning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail

- A bias for action
- A deep respect for relationships
- Experience using Sabre GDS
- Experience using Tramada
