Job Summary
Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, conducting analysis on travel options and proactively anticipating traveler needs to sell additional services. Book domestic and international business travel for air, road, rail, and accommodations using various Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) while ensuring compliance with customer policies and regulatory requirements. Utilize positive telephone service techniques to act on special customer requests and collaborate within the team to coach and mentor others, improving service levels. This 100% remote role spans 7.5-hour shifts between 8AM and 8PM across weekdays and weekends. Join a highly skilled team where most Traveler Care leadership started in this position, offering internal promotions and access to over 20,000 courses.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs
- Professional communication (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information
- Possess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation)
- Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier
- Teamwork and openness to feedback
- This is a 100% Remote Full Time Opportunity
- This position works on a 5-day work week, with each shift spanning 7.5 hours (excluding lunch break)
- Your regular working hours will be scheduled between 8AM to 8PM across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
- Applicable weekend shift penalties will apply

Desired Qualifications
- Native GDS expertise (Sabre or Amadeus is Preferred)
