Job Summary
Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, conducting analysis on travel options and proactively anticipating traveler needs to sell additional services. Book domestic and international business travel for air, road, rail, and accommodations using Global Distribution Systems like Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus. Ensure compliance with customer travel policies and regulatory requirements while utilizing positive telephone service techniques to handle special requests. Collaborate within the team to coach and mentor colleagues, improving service levels through constructive feedback. This role supports Amex GBT's mission of inspiring travel as a force for good, offering internal promotion paths and access to over 20,000 learning courses.
Required Qualifications
