Job Summary
Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, conducting analysis on options and proactively anticipating needs to sell additional services. Book domestic and international business travel for air, road, rail, and accommodations using Global Distribution Systems like Sabre, Apollo, Galileo, and Amadeus. Ensure compliance with customer travel policies, service provider rules, and regulatory requirements while utilizing positive telephone service techniques to act on special requests. Collaborate within the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels. This role is part of the AmexGBT Egencia team in Singapore, offering internal promotion opportunities and a culture where leadership often starts here.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs
- Native GDS expertise
- Professional communication (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information
- Possess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation)
- Resolving customer issues quickly and independently / with supplier
- Teamwork and openness to feedback
- Monday to Friday 5-day work week

Desired Qualifications
- OBT experience is an added advantage
- Amadeus is Preferred
