Job Summary
Hybrid Travel Support role in Paris handling top-tier travel bookings (air, rail, hotel) using Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo with the Navan platform. Responsibilities include providing travel support via chat, calls, and email; maintaining knowledge of suppliers and destinations; guiding customers in self-service options; ensuring SLA adherence; and providing feedback to product teams. Requires 3+ years of travel booking experience, GDS proficiency, and bilingual French/English. Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in-office in Paris, 2 days remote.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years as Travel Consultant
- 3+ years with GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo)
- Fluent in French and English
- Experience in contact center or customer-facing roles
- Proficient with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce
