Job Summary
Provide legal counsel on private equity and debt transactions, fund formations, and structured equity investments. Handle early- and late-stage private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on their business growth while collaborating closely with the team to deliver high-quality, efficient legal services. This fully remote role offers flexibility for an experienced attorney with BigLaw experience to take ownership of projects in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New York Bar
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in transactional corporate law
- Proven expertise in fund formation, credit transactions, and general corporate matters
- Strong written, oral, and analytical skills

- Self-motivated with an ownership mentality over client relationships
