Corporate Training Specialist, Finance Operations

Design, implement, and facilitate training programs that help Finance Shared Services teams understand processes, systems, and best practices with confidence. Create practical training materials such as manuals, e-learning modules, job aids, and process documentation that help teams apply learning quickly and consistently. Lead in-person workshops, virtual webinars, and on-the-job coaching that make learning approachable and relevant for Finance Shared Services team members. Partner with FSS leadership and key stakeholders to understand training needs, identify skill gaps, and connect learning programs to business priorities. Monitor training effectiveness and knowledge retention through assessments, feedback, and performance evaluations. Provide ongoing coaching and support that helps associates follow processes, stay compliant, and continuously improve how work gets done. Collaborate with IT, finance, and other cross-functional partners to ensure training reflects current systems, policies, regulations, and business changes. Support process improvement efforts by helping identify training gaps, develop standard operating procedures, and maintain training records for audit and compliance needs.
