Job Summary
Assess training needs, develop tailored human skills programs, and deliver engaging in-person and virtual sessions. Create instructional materials including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules using TalentLMS, Canva, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot. Customize initiatives for specific team roles while facilitating onboarding, upskilling, compliance, and technology-based workshops on AI and intelligent automation. Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and performance indicators, prepare progress reports for line managers, and conduct trainee performance reviews with coaching. Maintain a fixed schedule of Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate of bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- At least 2 years' experience in facilitating training in both virtual and in-person settings
- Strong knowledge and expertise on learning design and AI Tool
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and process discipline
