Corporate Trainer - Revenue Cycle Management

Job Summary
The RCM Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs across patient access functions including insurance verification, benefits, pre-determinations, treatment plan workflows, and billing processes. Responsibilities include creating training materials (SOPs, job aids, workflows, competency checklists, e-learning), conducting hands-on and classroom training, assessing trainee performance, acting as SME for front-end revenue cycle functions, staying current with payer rules and regulatory changes, collaborating with leadership to align workflows, auditing training outcomes, and driving improvements to reduce denials and enhance patient experience. Requirements include a high school diploma with associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, 3+ years in relevant revenue cycle roles, strong communication and facilitation skills, familiarity with dental insurance and CDT codes, and willingness to work in-office five days a week with some travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in patient access, insurance verification, medical billing, collections, or related revenue cycle function
- 3+ years’ experience with medical and dental coordination of benefits
- 3+ years knowledge of primary payor determination between medical and dental policies
- 3+ years of training, mentorship, or leadership experience strongly preferred
- WinOMS experience preferred
- DSN experience preferred
