Job Summary
Corporate Trainer responsible for designing and delivering training across HS employees, managing the learning management system, developing instructional materials, coordinating with Human Resources and Production to ensure regulatory compliance and effective onboarding, and evaluating training effectiveness. Key duties include creating and maintaining training programs and SOPs, delivering OJT and new-hire training, collaborating with department managers, coordinating continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining training records, and supporting HR activities as needed. The role requires manufacturing-facing responsibilities, strong presentation and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in a production environment with exposure to equipment and industrial settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Associates Degree with established experience
- Manufacturing Experience Preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft office applications, Excel, PowerPoint, and Automated systems.
- Experience in preparing and developing presentations is preferred
- Must be able to write effective communications, procedures, and training modules.
- Excellent interpersonal relationships and capable of leading teams.
- Capable of working with multiple tasks.
- Basic Knowledge of corporate, local, state and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to work outside of typical business hours as needed
- Spanish preferred
