Corporate Tax Senior Manager

Corporate Tax Senior Manager role at KPMG based in Manchester office. Lead and oversee a team delivering compliance work and strategic corporate tax advice to a broad client base, mentor staff, and drive business development with Directors and Partners. Role includes managing complex tax advisory work (tax structuring, refinancing, optimal legal structures, pre/post-transaction reorganisations, BEPS Pillar 2 assessment and implementation, tax authority inquiries) and contributing to the strategic direction and operational excellence of the Corporate Tax team.
