Job Summary
Oversee tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse client portfolio, managing business reconstructions, demergers, capital allowances, and R&D projects. Guide and supervise less experienced colleagues while developing professional relationships within the business and with clients. Lead on complex initiatives, challenge current practice to drive improvements, and champion change. Support, train, and mentor others to enhance technical knowledge across the team. Required Qualifications
- CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Extensive accountancy practice experience
- An in depth, up to date, knowledge of taxation with the ability to deal with complex tax issues
- Project and staff management experience
- Ability to manage a substantial client portfolio
- Demonstrable post qualified experience
