Job Summary
Manage U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance, reporting, and transfer pricing while coordinating with global teams and external advisors. Prepare quarterly estimates, cash tax forecasts, and audit support across ERP systems, and provide guidance on M&A, R&D credits, and indirect tax regulations. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, FP&A, and Operations to integrate tax considerations into business decisions and prepare recurring reporting for stakeholders. This role is based in Syracuse, NY, Orlando, FL, or Washington, D.C., with a salary range of $150,500 to $234,700 depending on location. Candidates must hold a CPA and seven years of progressive corporate tax experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA
- 7+ years of progressive corporate tax experience in industry or public accounting
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state corporate taxation, transfer pricing, and international tax concepts
- Experience managing tax audits and coordinating with external advisors
- Familiarity with ERP and tax systems (e.g., Oracle, IFS, ONESOURCE, CCH)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
- Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- MST, or other advanced tax credentials
- Experience in Aerospace & Defense or other regulated industries
- Experience supporting multiple legal entities within a centralized or global tax function
- Leadership experience
- Knowledge of indirect tax and cross-border tax compliance
- Exposure to project-based or contract-driven business models
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
