Job Summary
As a Corporate Tax Manager at PwC, you will help clients meet tax obligations, advise on local and overseas tax affairs, and provide strategic consultation on business analysis and tax implications of deals. You are expected to develop skills, coach others, analyze complex proposals, and manage a variety of client service tasks including budgeting and billing. Candidates must be fluent in English and French, possess relevant CPA certifications or accounting designations, and have experience in corporate tax management.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience in the preparation of corporate tax, partnerships, trust and income tax provisions
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to manage, develop, and mentor junior tax professionals
Desired Qualifications
- Completion or near completion of the CPA In-depth Tax Course or MTax program
- Canadian CPA (CA, CMA or CGA) or other accounting designation
- Strong technical background and broad based tax skills from prior experience in a professional services firm or industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
