Corporate Tax Intern

Job Summary
Intern in Corporate Tax who will work on national and international corporate taxation topics with a strong emphasis on international tax. You will participate in group structural projects (restructurings, M&A) and operational business requests. Responsibilities include assisting and advising regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM) on corporate tax issues and transfer pricing, providing technical support on external growth operations, advising on taxes related to the digital sector, R&D tax regimes and IP (R&D tax credit, Patent box), regulatory monitoring on OCDE reforms (Pillars 1 and 2) and European directives, supporting the implementation and monitoring of transfer pricing policy, and preparing transfer pricing documentation. The role requires ability to address French and international tax issues, a curious and pragmatic mindset, and strong analytical and synthesis skills. Candidate should be Master’s level (Master 2 in Tax Law/ DJCE/ business school), CRFPA or EFB stage experience is a plus, and strong English is required. A hybrid working policy is in place.

- Master 2 Droit Fiscal/DJCE/école de commerce
- Élève en CRFPA ou déjà à l’EFB (stage PPI)
- Très bon niveau d'anglais (écrit et oral)
- Expérience au sein d'une direction fiscale internationale ou cabinet international serait un plus
