Job Summary
Oversee tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse client portfolio, managing complex projects in business reconstructions, demergers, capital allowances, and share options. Guide and supervise less experienced colleagues while developing professional relationships and championing practice improvements. Lead on technical initiatives including EIS, SEIS, and R&D, supported by training opportunities to advance knowledge. Manage substantial client accounts and drive operational enhancements within the team.
Required Qualifications
- CTA and/or ACA/ACCA part-qualified or newly qualified
- Extensive accountancy practice experience
- An in depth, up to date, knowledge of taxation with the ability to deal with complex tax issues
- Project and staff management experience
- Ability to manage a substantial client portfolio
- Demonstrable post qualified experience
