Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors; manage reception responsibilities including mail, courier deliveries, and meeting-room organization; ensure office operations run smoothly; supervise pantry and common areas; coordinate with building management and vendors for services; arrange vendor visits for maintenance and safety checks; assist with workplace safety and compliance; support employee travel requests and coordinate company car bookings; manage invoicing in line with internal finance procedures and liaise with vendors; requires related office or business management certification and at least 2 years of relevant experience; proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication and customer service orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Related office or business management certification
- At least 2 years of experience in workplace coordination, office administration, or hospitality roles
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with vendors or facilities coordination is an advantage
