Job Summary
Generate insights by structuring and executing analyses for complex client challenges using Excel, Python, and AI tools. Translate findings into actionable recommendations and implementation plans that drive measurable business impact. Collaborate with colleagues and client stakeholders to identify value creation opportunities and support execution while engaging senior executives. Develop pitches for prospective clients, build practice-specific AI-enabled tools, and support recruiting and training initiatives. Work within a hybrid model in Chicago or New York with travel up to 100% Monday through Friday, starting August 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or non-MBA master's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027, with the ability to begin full-time employment in August 2027
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative/analytical field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (e.g., ability to use formulas and data analysis tools; familiarity with style guides and templates; and ability to create structured presentations)
- Professional proficiency in English in written and verbal formats required to support client communications and deliverables
- Demonstrated experience performing analytical or quantitative work (e.g., coursework, internships, research or projects)
- Ability to travel up to 100% Monday through Friday as required
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with regular in-person presence in our Chicago office or New York office and be able to commute to the office as required
- Willingness to work outside of normal U.S. business hours as unique projects/needs arise
- Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday

- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in academic or professional settings
- Technical toolkit
- Experience with Python, SQL or data analytics tools
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis, insight generation, and execution, with an understanding of when human judgment, validation, and discretion are essential
- Experience using advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling and data analysis)
