Corporate Strategy Manager

Job Summary
Lead commercial due diligence on potential acquisitions and market entry projects, including market sizing, competitive landscape assessment, customer segmentation, unit economics, and regulatory dynamics. Conduct primary research through expert and customer interviews, translating findings into actionable recommendations for deal structuring and financial planning. Monitor industry trends and emerging expansion opportunities while supporting end-to-end execution of mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, and joint ventures. Assist capital markets and investor relations efforts by preparing materials for communicating strategy to stakeholders. Based in Singapore with occasional travel, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of working experience in management consulting, private equity due diligence, or corporate development
- Familiarity with and interest in the financial services and fintech industry
- Execution oriented and enjoys working in fast, high growth environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and able to engage with AI tools
- Fluency in English
- Based in Singapore
- Willing to travel occasionally
Desired Qualifications
- preferably 1 regional language in South East Asia (Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Thai, Tagalog)
