Job Summary
Define long-term growth strategy and support the development of the long-range business plan. Perform quantitative analyses to partner with executive leadership on quarterly and annual goal-setting. Construct executive and Board-level presentations to share key insights and recommendations. Lead high-priority strategic projects from ideation through implementation, including pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, and organizational design. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive cross-departmental initiatives toward growth goals. This role reports to the Chief of Staff within a biotech firm focused on cancer and rare disease research.
Required Qualifications
- 2 Years experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, or similar corporate strategy or investment focused role
- Exposure to working directly with C-Suite stakeholders, with the ability to create executive-ready materials
- Direct experience leading cross-functional projects through from ideation and into implementation and execution
- A highly structured and analytical mindset, capable of breaking down complex problems into delivered execution
- This is a hybrid opportunity requiring 3 days on site per week in Boston, MA
