Job Summary
Corporate Strategy Associate responsible for supporting strategic initiatives, including growth strategies, market entry/product development assessments, partnerships, and operating model design. Expect to gather, synthesize, analyze and present data (e.g., financial modeling, valuation), perform competitor/industry research, develop strategic presentations for internal/external audiences, and monitor industry trends to inform senior leadership. Requires Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of problem-solving experience in top-tier strategy/finance roles, strong analytical and communication skills, leadership and cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Located in New York, NY; on-site role in a high-profile financial services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of diverse problem solving experience from either a premier management consulting firm, an investment banking division (M&A, Coverage, Capital Markets, Equity Research), or another internal Strategy group
- An outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (oral and written), work well in cross-functional teams
- Interpersonal leadership and influencing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools
