Corporate Strategic Planning, Director

Director, Corporate Strategic Planning leads complex strategic development initiatives and enterprise-level transactions, including evaluations of acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and minority investments. The role coordinates across Finance, Treasury, Legal, Risk, Tax, Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders, and partners with external advisors. Responsibilities include leading transaction execution across the full lifecycle from diligence to closing, developing strategic recommendations and option frameworks for senior management, identifying opportunities, and guiding cross-functional initiatives. The position also involves team leadership and development, coaching Vice Presidents, Associates, and Analysts, presenting recommendations to senior executives, and representing Strategic Development in governance forums. A hybrid work model is offered, with the expectation to live within a reasonable commuting distance of the New York office; specific hybrid schedules to be discussed during the interview process.
