Job Summary
Corporate Store Supervisor II oversees day-to-day operations in Kelowna Bulk Barn stores, partnering with the Corporate Store Manager to drive service excellence, profitability, and safety. Responsibilities include managing opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS operations, stock replenishment, ordering (Warehouse and DSD), daily/weekly reporting, labour scheduling, staff coaching and performance improvement, maintaining visual/merchandising standards and customer engagement, ensuring health and safety policy compliance, and leading trainings and staff meetings to deliver outstanding customer service and store results. Required qualifications emphasize a high school education or equivalent, food safety and first aid assets, several years of retail and leadership experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education or Equivalent
- Handler and Food Safe Certification (asset)
- Standard First Aid Certificate (asset)
- 3 years’ experience in retail environment (Food Retail asset)
- 2-3 years’ experience leading and supervising a team
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficient
- 2-3 years’ experience handling confidential information
- 2-3 years’ experience servicing and resolving customer concerns
