Job Summary

Temporary, part-time Store Key Holder role supporting the Store Manager and Supervisor in daily operations. Responsibilities include coaching and motivating staff, delegating tasks, following up for timely execution, supervising day-to-day tasks, assisting customers, processing cash transactions using POS and Interact terminal, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, unloading deliveries, restocking shelves, and other duties as assigned. Requires leadership abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, multitasking, confidentiality, and prior retail experience is an asset. Schedule includes early mornings, days, and evenings across 12–25 hours/week; typical pay is hourly. Education level: High School. Location: Nepean, Ontario, Canada (in-person).
