Job Summary
Manage staff and uphold Bulk Barn standards when the Store Manager is absent. Coach employees, delegate tasks, and lead workers through daily operations including cash transactions, store cleaning, restocking shelves, and unloading deliveries over 50 lbs. Assist customers to exceed expectations while maintaining a healthy, safe working environment. Ensure all tasks are executed correctly and in a timely manner. Available Monday through Sunday for a flexible schedule of 12 to 25 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Experience and working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Proven leadership abilities
- Positive attitude and a pleasant disposition
- Strong, professional communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Superior time-management skills
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, days and evenings, Monday through Sunday
- Your availability must be approximately 12 to 25 hours per week
