Job Summary
Store Key Holder assists the Store Manager and Supervisor in day-to-day operations, including coaching and motivating staff, delegating tasks, following up on execution, leading workers, assisting customers, processing cash transactions via POS/Interac, keeping the store clean and stocked, unloading deliveries, and maintaining a safe work environment. Requires leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, multitasking, integrity with confidential information, and retail experience as an asset. Flexible schedule with availability 12–25 hours per week.
