Job Summary

Store Key Holder supports daily operations by assisting the Store Manager and Supervisor, coaching staff to perform duties, delegating tasks, and ensuring Bulk Barn standards. Responsibilities include leading in the manager's absence, handling cash transactions using POS and Interact terminal, stocking shelves, unloading deliveries (in excess of 50 lbs.), maintaining a clean, safe work environment, and delivering customer service that exceeds expectations. Required skills include MS Office proficiency, leadership, effective communication, strong interpersonal abilities, detail-orientation, multitasking, and discretion with confidential information. Prior retail experience and strong time-management are assets.
