Job Summary
Manage staff and uphold Bulk Barn standards when the Store Manager is absent, while coaching employees to perform duties effectively. Delegate tasks, follow up on execution, and lead workers through daily operations including cash transactions, customer service, cleaning, and restocking shelves. Unload deliveries exceeding 50 lbs and maintain a healthy, safe working environment. This role requires flexibility to work a schedule of 12 to 25 hours per week across all days and times.
Required Qualifications
- Experience and working knowledge of MS Office applications
