Job Summary
Record vehicle sales, review paperwork from sales, finance, and insurance departments, and prepare commission vouchers for consultants. Title vehicles, issue plates, register cars, and reconcile contracts, payoff schedules, and vehicle logs. Process payments to customers and vendors, maintain petty cash, and assist with billing and titling issues. Coordinate work with associates at WSL and support project teams when available. Maintain office cleanliness and ensure accurate sales recording against logs.
