Job Summary
Forecast and develop staffing plans for engineering, leadership, and high-impact technical roles by identifying passive candidates through job boards, social media, and networking. Translate hiring team requirements into sourcing profiles and execute multiple projects with minimal supervision using Workday ATS. Build relationships with recruiting leaders to maximize process effectiveness while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. Research market trends and maintain knowledge of organizational structure and open positions. This role supports Barry-Wehmiller's global mission to build a better world through business by connecting top talent with career opportunities across multiple disciplines and locations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience recruiting and sourcing experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- Experience with current sourcing techniques and a successful record of placing high quality professionals
- Proven track record of identifying, relationship building and hiring of passive candidates
- Strong technical skills using MS Office suite, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, and various job boards
- Possess in-depth experience with recruiting techniques and employment nomenclature
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships with candidates and team members
- A proven track record of matching great talent to career opportunities and culture
- Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
- Ability to connect with and effectively communicate with people at all levels
- Successful experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline of candidates
