Job Summary
Assist with corporate transactions including business and share acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs, refinancing, and group reorganisations. Advise investee companies on share buybacks while managing your own caseload and collaborating with the team. Take responsibility for your workload and participate in business development activities to build client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Work directly with clients and the Head of Corporate within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ PQE
- Experience handling corporate transactions such as business and share acquisitions, disposals, and management buy-outs
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and experience managing a large caseload
- Excellent client care skills and a focus on delivering high-quality service
