Develop and implement a globally aligned, locally relevant CSR framework while embedding structured processes and governance to support community initiatives. Provide local teams with the tools and guidance needed to deliver meaningful social impact, and strengthen partnerships to align with strategic priorities. Build internal resources and platforms to share best practices, support consistent data collection for impact measurement, and improve outcome communication. Contribute to driving continuous improvement across environmental, social, and governance priorities within the Corporate Sustainability function.
