Job Summary
Corporate Services Operations & Communications Analyst based in Bogotá, Colombia. Supports the program management of annual and multi-year planning, tracks OKRs and team scorecards, develops executive-level communications and presentations for high-visibility projects, coordinates team updates and quarterly business reviews, partners with People and Training on learning opportunities, builds cross-functional relationships with senior management, and maintains team collaboration platforms (SharePoint and Insite). Requires strong English proficiency and at least 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree). Visa requires at least 3 days in office, with exact days confirmed by the Hiring Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 0 or more years of work experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
