Job Summary
Lead Galambila's corporate services portfolio across finance, human resources, facilities and maintenance; oversee governance, compliance and systems; provide leadership and operational support to the corporate services team while aligning with Galambila’s values and community-focused priorities. Drive strategic and day-to-day operational leadership in a dynamic Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation, balancing governance, financial management, HR and facilities to support organisational growth and workforce capability.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in corporate services, finance, business operations or organisational leadership
- Experience overseeing human resources, workforce administration and operational support functions
- Strong understanding of financial management, governance, compliance and organisational systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and organisational complexity
- Collaborative, values driven and emotionally intelligent leadership style
