Job Summary
Lead all corporate functions including HR, Finance, Quality, Risk, and Communications to improve governance, stabilize operations, and build internal capability. Drive standards and cultural safety across the organization to strengthen service delivery and maintain community reputation. Collaborate with the CEO, Board, and Executive team to align systems with strategic objectives, monitor performance, and implement the new strategic plan. Exercise high-level judgement in complex environments to reduce reliance on external providers while embedding culturally safe practices. This identified role requires lived experience as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person. Applications close August 24, 2026.
