Job Summary
Corporate Services Coordinator role supporting relocation referrals from relocation and broker partners. Responsible for entering referrals into Salesforce, coordinating with Long & Foster agents by geography and client needs, addressing service concerns, communicating status updates to agents/managers/broker partners, and supporting growth of the referral network. Requires strong customer service, collaboration with agents/managers, ability to manage multiple referrals, and proactive problem solving; emphasizes understanding referral processes, fees, relocation procedures, and knowledge of Long & Foster offices and associates by geography.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in business or related field or equivalent knowledge and work experience
- Minimum of two to four years’ business experience
- Real estate or relocation background preferred
- Data Integrity – Strong working knowledge of Salesforce. Experience working with finance teams
- Real Estate License Preferred
