Job Summary
Front-desk and administrative support role coordinating corporate communications and events. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling calls, maintaining the lobby, distributing internal communications, updating SharePoint, managing visual content library, supporting site events and meetings, coordinating travel and logistics, handling mail and packages, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with general administrative tasks across departments. Must possess strong verbal/written communication, excellent organizational skills, competency with MS Office and SharePoint, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, confidential environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, such as experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer-facing role
- 2-year degree in business, marketing, or communications or experience providing equivalent skills and knowledge
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a highly organized manner
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and basic office technologies; ability and desire to learn additional software or computer setups as needed
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information
