Job Summary
Lead and optimize the Gulf Region's commercial roofing service operations as Corporate Service Manager. Oversee dispatching, scheduling, field execution, customer responsiveness, quality control, billing coordination, and workforce planning; establish scalable standards and accountability across multiple locations; drive continuous improvement to productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability; implement and optimize ERP service management systems and CRM platforms; standardize processes, automate workflows, and enhance visibility, efficiency, and accountability across the service organization.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with strong expertise in service, repairs, and maintenance operations
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing service operations, dispatching, or field service teams
- Experience with projects in schools, military facilities, higher education, medical facilities, industrial facilities, retail, churches
- Strong background in commercial, industrial, or government roofing projects preferred
