Job Summary
Senior Corporate Associate with 3-5 PQE to join LegalVision's Corporate team, handling general corporate, corporate advisory and M&A work for diverse clients (start-ups to larger corporates). Responsibilities include managing end-to-end transactions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and direct client engagement, with a focus on practical, commercially-minded advice. Role offers a welcoming office environment in Manchester with hybrid/remote options from London for the right candidate; includes opportunities for career progression and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on corporate law experience as a qualified lawyer in a reputable law firm or organisation, with a specific focus in general corporate, corporate advisory and M&A work
- Experience managing workflows and transactions end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to engage directly with clients and provide practical, commercial advice
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted client relationships
- Comfort with a dynamic, growth-driven legal services model
- Willingness to be based in Manchester or work remotely from London for the right candidate
