Supervise Security Officers and other personnel at client sites, ensuring compliance with post orders and completion of rounds and reports. Responsibilities include training staff, handling payroll, and maintaining security measures. Requires a high school diploma, at least two years of related experience, knowledge of security operations, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 2 years of related experience or equivalent education/experience
- Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection, and response services
- Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures
- Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance
- Ability to learn quickly and carry out instructions
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Requires the physical and mental capacity to perform all essential functions
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in retail preferred
- Ability to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports
- Good organizational skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients across diverse cultures
Additional Requirements
- Must undergo and meet company standards for background checks and controlled substance testing
