Corporate Security Officer, Lowell

Maintain a professional security presence throughout the property while monitoring building access and conducting routine interior and exterior patrols. Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and other security technology to respond to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns. Assist employees, visitors, and vendors with access needs and enforce site-specific security policies. Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports, identifying and reporting safety hazards and suspicious activity. Support emergency response and evacuation procedures as needed. Work rotating shifts including Friday mornings, weekend nights, and weekday evenings.
