Corporate Security Officer

Lead and oversee Crescent’s enterprise security strategy and governance across corporate offices and field locations, directing security operations, investigations, crisis management, risk assessment, and protective intelligence. Develop and implement security standards, policies, and programs to protect personnel, facilities, assets, information, and reputation; align security initiatives with organizational goals and risk management objectives. Coordinate with Operations, HSE, Legal, HR, IT, Facilities, and Executive Leadership to ensure business continuity and a safe work environment. Manage field security, contract providers, and regional security activities; monitor threats and geopolitical developments; maintain relationships with law enforcement and emergency responders. Provide leadership in crisis response, incident management, budgeting for security programs, and implementation of security technologies and systems. Ensure compliance with laws and corporate policies; develop reporting protocols and maintain documentation for audits and investigations. Ability to mentor security personnel, influence cross-functional teams, and balance operational needs with risk management across multiple locations.
